Nepali Time (“Company”) values your privacy and is committed to maintaining your trust. We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information received from users of the websites located at https://www.nepalitime.net and https://api.nepalitime.net/ (each, and collectively, the "Website") and all of the Company’s other products and/or services, mobile applications (each, and collectively, the “App”), and/or other online services that post a link to this Privacy Policy, and all content offered as a part thereof (the "Services").

Please carefully read the EULA (End User License Agreement) below before using our servies(website, AndroidApp). This is a legal agreement between you and the app including all the software components and files.

SECTION 1. DISTRIBUTION:

You cannot distribute the program directly except from Google Play link. You cannot resell or remake or try to remake any part of the software without written agreement from the developer.

SECTION 2. PRIVACY

Our mobile app will not collect any of your private information automatically, unless you signup(create account) either from webiste or AndroidApp. For core app functionality and personalised delivery of services, Nepali Time will collect specific device information that may include your device identifiers and model information of Android Phone.

Your data will be kept in our server with industry standard data security measures at their best settings. If you wish to delete your data, you may request so by contacting us or alternatively, you can delete your account via user settings tab.

SECTION 3. NO WARRANTY

You hereby agree that any consequences by the usages of the software is at your own risk. Although, maximum care has been taken to avoid various errors, the unconditional errors and their consequences are all under the risks of users and the developer does not take any responsibility for any damage or loss.

SECTION 4. Support

As Nepali Time is a small team based system, we highly rely on user support to sustain our server and developmental cost. You support will keep our server alive and encourage us to deliver more services in the future.

SECTION 5. INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS

All the names and logos and associated brand names are the properties of respective owners.

SECTION 6. DATA COLLECTION

Some of the information such as UDID, device date-time, OS details will be collected automatically to deliver core services of Nepali Time. By signing up(account creation) you will also be providing us additional data which is described in section.2 on this page.

SECTION 7. PERSONAL INFORMATION : USAGE, PROCESSING, SHARING

This section will explain how personal information will be processed by anyone who shares their Personal Information.
